Exercise alone without changing my eating habits didn’t work. I made bad food choices. My portions were larger than they should have been. I tried a lot of things over the years, but nothing seemed to help. I started following the regime they gave me and it seemed that all the sudden, I was 35 pounds lighter. I went from a size 12 to a size 4 – back to the size I was when I got married. My husband loved that!

I feel better mentally and physically. I’m telling everyone I see how easy their program is to adapt to. The staff and doctor are so supportive. They encouraged me just as much as my family did.
