Virtual Classes from Local Yoga Studios

Yoga is a great activity to try from home, and there are various levels and styles you can choose from. Choosing a peaceful yoga routine like “slow flow” after your morning meditation or a more vigorous routine like “Vinyasa” to get your blood flow going are great options. If you’ve never tried yoga, experimenting it in the privacy and comforts of your own home can be the best way to start. Lucky for us, many local yoga studios in the Dallas and Waco areas are offering virtual classes for a small fee.

DSY Studio, a Grand Prairie-based studio, is going live on Facebook to offer virtual classes and is accepting donations via the Cashapp. Watch here.

The Mat Yoga Studio

This North Dallas-based studio is offering virtual classes via Zoom. You can join anytime for a $10 drop-in rate or sign up for 30 days for $39 if you’re a new customer. Check them out here.


Yoga8 is a yoga studio based in Waco that offers a “judgement free zone” and boasts, “there’s beauty in imperfection.” They’re offering a livestream of their classes. See the schedule here.
