Membership FAQs
Can I change my plan after signing up?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership anytime after your 6-month commitment (Base plans can cancel anytime). We’ll prorate your billing if you switch mid-month so you only pay for what you use.
What if I need to pause my membership temporarily?
We offer membership pauses for up to 3 months if you need a break for travel, medical reasons, or life circumstances. You can resume anytime without re-enrollment fees or losing your health history data.
Do I need insurance to join?
No. All our plans are direct-pay. We do not accept insurance. This allows us to keep pricing transparent and spend more time with each patient.
What happens after the 6-month commitment?
Your membership continues month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Many patients stay on because they value the ongoing support.
Can I add services later?
Absolutely. You can add hormone therapy, injections, or nutrition counseling to any plan at any time. Add-ons are billed separately.
