Programs & Services

What weight loss medications do you prescribe?

We prescribe FDA-approved medications including phentermine, topiramate, GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide), and other appetite suppressants based on your individual health profile. All medications are prescribed and monitored by our physicians.

We are physician-led with 50+ years of medical expertise. Every patient gets a customized protocol based on their unique biology, not a one-size-fits-all approach. We combine medications, nutrition, hormone optimization, and behavioral support.

Yes, and most successful patients do. Common combinations include weight loss + hormone therapy, or weight loss + injection therapy. Your physician will recommend the best combination for your goals.

Medications

Are the medications safe?

Yes. All medications are FDA-approved and prescribed under direct physician supervision. We screen for contraindications, monitor for side effects, and adjust protocols as needed.

Side effects vary by medication but are typically mild: dry mouth, mild nausea, or slight increase in heart rate. GLP-1 medications may cause nausea initially. We start with low doses and titrate up gradually.

This varies by individual. Some patients use medications for 6-12 months during active weight loss, then taper off. Others benefit from longer-term maintenance. Your physician will guide this decision.

Pricing

Do you accept insurance?

Plans range from $60/mo (Flex) to $185.83/mo (Complete). Early bird pricing is available. Visit our Membership page for detailed plan comparisons.
