Pay your $50 new patient deposit
The deposit holds your first appointment and counts toward the $295 first visit, so $245 is due at the visit.
Choose the office where your appointment is. You will pay on the secure payment page of Fortis, our card processor. Your card number goes straight to Fortis and never touches this website.
Please enter the patient's full name and date of birth so we can match the payment to the right appointment. Our office will still call you to confirm your visit.
New patient no-show policy
The $50 deposit is non-refundable. You lose it if you miss your appointment, arrive more than 15 minutes late without calling, or do not reschedule at least two business days (Monday to Thursday) before your appointment. Read the full policy.
