How Injection Pricing Works
Two common pathways — à la carte fees vs membership add-ons. These are different products/billing; your provider will confirm what applies.
À la carte (Fee Schedule)
- Lipo-B Injection Only: $30 or 3 for $50*
- Lipotropics are a combination of specific amino acids used by the liver to help remove fat from the body. These injections help support weight loss by boosting energy and metabolism.
- Initial Visit ($295) may include an optional Lipo-B during that visit; Return Visit ($120) may include a Lipo-B when offered and administered during that visit.
Membership add-ons
- Lipo-B Package: $50/mo — weekly Lipo-B injection therapy (MIC + B6 & B12)
- In-Office Semaglutide GLP-1s: $200/mo — weekly injections plus monthly clinical monitoring
- Membership is optional; pay-as-you-go services remain available.

Are GLP-1 medications part of your programs?
We prescribe FDA-approved medications including phentermine, topiramate, GLP-1 agonists (semaglutide), and other appetite suppressants based on your individual health profile. All medications are prescribed and monitored by our clinical team.
Can I combine injections with weight loss or hormone care?
Yes — and most successful patients do. Common combinations include weight loss + hormone therapy, or weight loss + injection therapy. Your provider will recommend the best combination for your goals.
What’s the difference between Lipo-B $30 / 3 for $50 and the $50/mo Lipo-B Package?
The Fee Schedule lists Lipo-B Injection Only at $30 or 3 for $50* (package must be used within 30 days). Membership offers a separate Lipo-B Package at $50/mo for weekly Lipo-B injection therapy. Ask the office which billing path fits your visit schedule.
Do you publish Tirzepatide pricing?
Tirzepatide is listed on our Home page among physician-supervised injection options. A discrete Tirzepatide dollar amount is not published on the Fee Schedule body — please call Arlington (817) 429-2929 or Waco (254) 754-1438, or book a consultation for current options.
Do I need membership for injections?
No. Membership is optional. Pay-as-you-go services remain available for everyone. Members may receive included Lipo-B (Base/Essential) or discounted pathways via published add-ons.
