Physician and Medical Director
Dr. Puempel leads the practice his family started in 1963 and sees patients at both offices. He reviews every new patient's exam, labs and EKG, sets the treatment plan, and stays involved as it changes. His focus is bariatric and lifestyle medicine: medical weight loss, hormone therapy and the conditions that come with excess weight.
Nurse Practitioner
Jenna is the provider most Arlington patients see from week to week. She handles new patient visits, follow-ups, medication adjustments and hormone care, working directly with Dr. Puempel on every plan. Patients mention her by name in our reviews for being easy to talk to.
